IMPORTANTNOTICE:It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing anorder, you must confirm that you are 18 years old or above. You must ensurethat no other person except yourself shall use your login to purchase alcoholproducts and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must bepresent to take delivery, otherwise delivery shall be withdrawn and attemptedat another time to be agreed between you and us.
TERMS ANDCONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
1.1. Inthese terms and conditions (the "Termsand Conditions"), "Bottle Wander" or "we" or"us" means Bottle Wander Limited and the "customer" or"you" means any person, firm, company or body which places an orderwith us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using thewebsite (which means in the Termsand Conditions) in placing order. By using the site or any part of it, youagree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept andagree to be bound by them.
1.2. Weshall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products atour
e-storewebsite are up-to-date. Pricesare subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to ouracceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability.
1.3. Weshall make every effort to ensure product(s) displayed on our
e-storewebsite are in stock. If fromtime to time any products become out of stock, we will inform you and we reservethe right to offer alternative product(s) of similar value and style.
1.4. Allorders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve theright to reject the order in the event that any of the products or servicesrequested are unavailable.
2.1. Youare required to register as a user before placing any order through our
e-storewebsite. During theregistration:
· Youmust provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registrationinformation;
· Youmust safeguard your username and password;
· Youauthorise us to assume that any person logging in on the
e-storewebsitewith your username and password is either you or is authorized to act for you;
· Wehave the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer andto terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever.
2.2 Pleaseinform us via our website/by email/by phone immediately of any changes to theinformation that you provided so that we can communicate with you effectively.
e-storewebsite accepts payment bydesignated credit cards, debit cards or other designated electronic means asspecified by us. All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars. Theapplicable price shall be the price listed on our e-storewebsiteas at the date of purchase.
4.2. Acceptanceof orders is subject to our sole discretion. A final receipt will be issued toyou when goods are delivered to your address, or pick-up point as chosen by you(as the case may be).
5.1. Forcemajeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused byor resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, governmentintervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, orany other causes beyond our control.
5.2. Youshall not assign, transfer or otherwise any of your rights and obligationsunder these Terms and Conditions to any other third party without our priorwritten consent.
5.3. Ifany provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to be illegal orinvalid, they shall be removed from these terms and it shall not affect thelegality, validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Termsand Conditions.
5.4. TheseTerms and Conditions embody the entire agreement between the parties and theysupersede all previous negotiations, representations and agreement between theparties.
5.5. Wehave the right, at any time, or from time to time, by giving prior notice toyou, to modify or vary or supplement all or any of the provisions under theseTerms and Conditions.
5.6. Ifany dispute arises, our determination shall be final. Where these Terms andConditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governingversion and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the twoversions.
5.7. TheseTerms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SpecialAdministrative Region, the People's Republic of China and the Customer and weagree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. We mayrevise the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.1. Weaccept payment made by bank transfer, PayMe, Visa, MasterCard, American Expressand Union Pay, Apple Pay.

6.4. UnderCredit Card Purchase Protection service (e.g. Visa Verification Service,MasterCard Secure Code) customers can enjoy safe and secure shopping by usingtheir own credit card with specific password or security code. Credit cardsused for shopping should be valid and under the purchaser’s own name.
6.5 Wherethere are additional charges for delivery, such charges will be set outseparately for your acknowledgement and confirmation prior to proceeding topayment.
7. Notificationfor ordering
e-storewebsite only accepts orders fordelivery in Hong Kong to the specified billing address or collection at adesignated location in Hong Kong.
7.2. Placingan order means you agree to purchase products or services in accordance withthe Terms and Conditions set out herein. After receiving your order, we willacknowledge receipt of your order by email. However, it is not an acceptance ofyour order. We reserve the right to reject any purchase order without givingany reasons. In the event that we are unable to accept your order (for exampledue to payment issue), we will notify you by phone or email.
7.3. Ifyour order is accepted by us, we will confirm with you accordingly by email andadvise the date and time of delivery or availability for collection at adesignated physical store.
8. Deliveryservice (applicable if you have selected to have your order(s) delivered to adesignated billing address)
8.1. Youmay enjoy free delivery service on all our orders. For the benefit of ourcustomer, we aim deliver order collectively every Friday, the schedule will beadvised prior to delivery.
8.2. Deliveryservice is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon,New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan are currently notavailable.

8.3. Incase where the deliveries are delayed due to hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8or above or black rain storm signal, we will try our best to arrange theproducts to be delivered on the next day after the adverse weather conditionhas ceased.
8.4. Ifyou fail to receive your ordered products upon the first delivery appointmentor you give us inaccurate information on your address, we reserve the right tocharge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery(es).
8.5. Allexpected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable forany loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any latedelivery.
8.6. Incase of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
9. Showroompickup service (applicable if you have selected to collect your order(s) at ourshowroom)
9.1. Youwill be notified by us via email when your ordered goods are available forcollection at our showroom during business hours on the designated date ofcollection.
9.2. Pleasecollect your purchased item(s) at our showroom within 5 days from thedesignated date of collection during the specified business hours. Otherwise,we reserve the right to transfer such goods to our warehouse for storage andcharge you storage fees at our prevailing rates. In such case, you are requiredto settle any outstanding fees before you can collect your order.
9.3. Whenyou pick up the product in our showroom, you or your authorised representativewill be required to produce your email confirmation for identity verification.We may need you to provide further information to verify your identity (such asyour full name or other personal information under your account profile). If weare not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) isyourself or your authorised representative, we will refuse the collection ofthe order(s) in order to safeguard your interest.
9.4. Ifyour selected store is closed due to weather or any other uncontrollablefactors, you may pick up the products in the same store on the next day whenthe store is opened.
10. Exchangeand refund
10.1. Subject to10.2 below, you are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damagedor not in good condition upon delivery. In such case, you can contact us tomake arrangement for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise under normalcircumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products orcancellation of orders.
10.2. Wine orchampagne above HK$750 per bottle or over 10 years old shall not be refunded inany event.
10.3. If weagree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are soldout, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buyalternative product(s).
10.4. Inexceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid to yourcredit card or bank account (takes about 4-6 weeks).
10.5. Originalsales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us for therequest of a product exchange.
10.6. All giftitems must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise theretail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
