Vineyard age: From vineyards over 60 years old.
Elaboration: Selection of bunches on the table, subsequent mechanical destemming and manual selection of grain.
Alcoholic fermentation: At a controlled temperature for 10-12 days in French wooden vats.
Malolactic fermentation: in French oak barrels.
Aging: it remained 16 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in a wooden vat.
Bottling date: September 2016.
Visual phase: Intense cherry red color; high layer, covered. Important glyceric tear.
Olfactory phase: Very ripe red fruit appears on the nose along with roasted, cocoa and balsamic aromas .
Gustatory phase: In the mouth it is powerful, intense and well balanced; sweet and smooth tannin. Very long aftertaste.
